Artisan Manchego cheese with designation of origin , made with raw milk from Manchego sheep.

Cured cheese with a minimum maturation of 6 months.

Edible natural bark simply brushed, intense ivory interior, creamy texture with eyes spread throughout the interior, wrapped in white food paper with its labeling indicating the ingredients, nutritional values, batch and preferred consumption.

Ingredients: Raw Manchego sheep milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.

Net Weight: 250-300gr.*

Recommendations: Keep refrigerated between 4º and 8º. Once opened, wrap with food film.
