Its preparation is inspired by the traditional recipe from Italian Tuscany, which arrived in Extremadura by the transhumant shepherds. We have added the exquisite black truffle, also Italian, which makes Pastura an even more delicious cheese.
Its white and tender mouldy rind contains a delicate, creamy but compact paste, sprinkled with small pieces of truffle. Its flavours are different and without harmonics, achieving a cheese with a round and unique flavour. In the mouth, the sweet flavours of the dough contrast with the earthy aroma of the rind and the delicate flavour of the truffle.

Take spread on small toasts
With breadsticks and bread as an appetizer.
