A raw sheep's milk roll, aged for 30 days and with an edible natural moldy rind. The piece weighs between 400 and 500 grams.
It is recommended to eat it at a temperature of approximately 20°C. It can be accompanied by bread, toasted nuts, or sweet dried fruits such as apricots, peaches, and raisins. If you enjoy it with wine, we recommend very fruity white wines, sherry, or cava.
It's an artisanal, natural cheese that develops over time, so it should always be kept refrigerated and protected by its packaging. It's recommended to remove it from the refrigerator well in advance so it can warm up before consumption.
