Quesos y Besos
Lactic coagulation cheese made from slow pasteurized milk from grazing Malaga breed goats. Made with lactic bacteria present in milk. This type of bacteria acts on lactose (milk sugar) and degrades it to lactic acid.
In these cheeses, draining (the loss of part of the whey contained in the milk) occurs spontaneously. The ash coating is used to preserve the cheese and remove moisture from it; it comes from olive pits.
The philosophy of the award-winning and renowned cheese factory Quesos y Besos is based on making each cheese by hand, selecting the best raw material and working with it with great love and care. Each of their cheeses carries a piece of their heart.

Origin: Guarromán, Jaén
Ingredients: Goat milk, calcium chloride, ferment, salt and food ash.
Net Weight: 180-220gr.*
Recommendations: Keep refrigerated between 1º and 4º. Once opened, wrap with food film.
*The fact that it is a manually made cheese may cause its actual weight to be slightly above or below that indicated on the label.
