Villuercas cheese with paprika
Villuercas cheese with paprika
Quesería Villuercas
This cheese is made with raw milk from retinta and verata goats, capturing the tradition of the nomadic goatherds of the mountains of Extremadura.
Its flavor is frank and buttery, with a moderately spicy touch thanks to the paprika in its rind.
Under its special crust, you will find a soft, buttery, ivory-white paste. Its flavor is slightly acidic and moderately spicy, with notes of broom and Mediterranean grasses.
