Salt from Ibiza "Isla Blanca"

For this special edition in collaboration with the "Ibiza Preservation Fund", we have replaced the alcohol and sugar content of the Ibizan liqueur "Hierbas" with our Flor de Sal, and we have maintained the typical herbs of the area. Excellent for typical Mediterranean fish such as sea bream, sea bass and sole or for a simple grilled chicken fillet. Ingredients: Hand-picked Fleur de Sel, lemon peel, chamomile flowers, natural essential oils of: lemon, anise, orange, fennel, sage, chamomile, lavender, mint, rosemary, juniper, thyme.
