Grilled sardines

From Ribadesella, and with the help of Abel and Luisa who, after months of trial and error in the restaurant's kitchen, have found something that augurs a new canning path.

“Grilled” preserves that manage to enclose the flavor, aroma and texture of grilled cuisine in a simple can of sardines, capable of preserving and transmitting the essence of Güeyu Mar unaltered and natural for years.

These are selected sardines, caught at their optimal moment, cleaned by hand, grilled just enough to provide the exact point of smoke, and canned with extra virgin olive oil. You can not ask for more. Very limited production.

Ingredients: Sardines (sardina pilchardus; origin in Spain), extra virgin olive oil (30%) and salt.

Net Weight: 150gr

Drained Weight: 105gr
