Sea and mountain connection in this delicious can of sardines in olive oil accompanied by a padrón pepper that has been previously fried.
Once captured, they are meticulously cleaned by hand. They are then roasted as was done in the past, giving them the desired texture so that they do not break and finally they are lovingly packaged by hand, one by one.
To preserve its flavor and texture, the best quality olive oil is used as the topping liquid.
