Whole natural mushrooms

Whole Pleorotus Ostreatus mushrooms cooked naturally, from the selection of sustainable crops of this magnificent fungal species.

To prepare this mushroom, they are carefully selected in the winter period, discarding for this preserve the mushrooms that exceed a maximum umbrella size of 6 cm. In this way, an elegant, fine and delicate mushroom is obtained.

It is ideal to accompany and combine in stews, eggs, batters, blue cheeses...

Origin: Mendavia, Navarra

Ingredients: mushrooms ( pleurotus ostreatus ), water, salt, acidulate: citric acid and antioxidant: ascorbic acid. 

Net Weight: 340gr

Drained Weight: 175gr

Recommendations: store in a dry, cool place protected from sunlight. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
