Shiitake in Vinaigrette is made with fresh shiitake mushrooms, grown in Galicia, harvested at their peak, sliced, and packaged by hand. It is marinated in extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and parsley, resulting in a light, fresh, and easy-to-enjoy preserve.
It is a product designed for appetizers, to liven up salads, cold dishes or to accompany fish, vegetables and white meats without stealing the show, but adding character.
