Chato Murciano Sobrasada is a gastronomic gem that pays homage to the traditional cured meats of the Region of Murcia. Made exclusively with pork back bacon from the Chato Murciano pig, a traditionally raised native breed, this sobrasada stands out for its soft, creamy texture and deep, unmistakable flavor.
Its careful curing and meticulous selection of ingredients evoke the flavor of those homemade sausages of yesteryear, made by family throughout the year. A bite full of memories and authenticity.
While maintaining its artisanal essence, it incorporates modern production and preservation techniques, ensuring a more consistent product with precise curing and consistent quality. Ideal for enjoying spread on toast, accompanied by soft cheeses, or as part of a traditional appetizer board.
Ingredients: Flat-cut pork bacon, paprika, salt, dextrose, lactose, dextrin, spices, antioxidant E316, preservative E252, flavoring, coloring E120, pepper, wine (sulfates), muscatel, and garlic. May contain traces of soy.
