Murcian chato sobrasada with honey

The cured chato murciano sobrasada is made with the back fat of the chato murciano pig, a native pig from the Region of Murcia, raised in a traditional way. Thanks to its mellowness, it gives it a unique texture and softness. The sobrasada de chato is characterized by having a unique flavor thanks to its curing, reminiscent of the sausages that were made in homes annually.

The honey used to make our Murcian chato sobrasada is raw from the Region. Honey gives our sobrasada a softness and a mix of unique flavors, perfect for the most demanding palates that are always looking for unique flavors to surprise themselves with. Also, raw honey has a large number of beneficial properties for our body, being a natural source of vitamins and antioxidants and having antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and regenerating properties.
