Dos Deus Smoked Vermouth DIP

Dos Déus Dip is an extreme vermouth, inspired by Islay whiskey and American bourbon. A vermouth with a force and a diabolical edge, like DIP, a dark and infernal wolf that terrorized the villagers of the Tarragona countryside, sucking their blood.

Made following the Scottish distilling tradition of roasting plants using charcoal smoke and organic peat, which serve to dry and flavor the spirit.

Blended with Priorat wines to create a new vermouth.

Aged using the Tennessee bourbon method, the vermouth is aged in 200-liter new, extra-toasted American oak barrels.

To be enjoyed neat on the rocks or in cocktails.

Nose: Intense with caramelized, smoky and iodized notes.

Mouth: Notes of licorice stick, cinnamon, candied pear, smoky and toasted notes, very complex and pleasant on the palate.

End: Long with smoky notes on a background of caramelized fruit.
