Vermouth Dos Deus Red Athena

Complex and sophisticated Vermouth, strategically combining different types of aging, Sherry barrels and Priorat barrels, with a mixture of botanicals, achieving a unique profile. For this reason we associate it with Athena, the goddess of wisdom and war, who uses her know-how and strength to achieve a unique combination of flavors.

CATA'S NOTES

Nose: Mediterranean aromas such as muscat, elderflower and thyme merge with spicy aromas such as clove and nutmeg.

Palate: Mediterranean aromas are accentuated, highlighting thyme, marjoram and absinthe. The entry is sweet and very voluminous, balanced by high acidity and bitter notes of vermouth. Long and persistent finish of Mediterranean notes.
