Vermouth Strongman white

We already know why about wine, and it was clear that this wonderful wine from El Bierzo had to be accompanied with the queen of El Bierzo, the reineta apple. 

After being clear about this and seeing that they got along great, we searched for 17 different botanicals that would enhance these two illustrious Bercians. Some botanicals that accompany without losing their essence. All this to make a delicious and fun semi-dry white vermouth, with a clear objective: to become a modern aperitif ready to challenge the most demanding palates.
