PRIMO White Vermouth from Lanzarote

Lanzarote wines have a very pronounced volcanic-mineral flavor, balanced by their relatively high acidity due to the type of soil in which the grapes are grown, the island's sub-desert climate, and the influence of the trade winds.

By choosing a quality wine base, we wanted to maintain the unique nuances, both in aromas and flavors, of the Malvasía Volcánica and Diego varieties.
Later, in the blending phase, they are combined with an original blend of selected herbs and spices, maintaining the characteristics of the grapes in the vermouth.

TASTING NOTES:

Visual phase: clean and crystalline with bright yellow tones
Olfactory phase: On the nose, yellow and green fruits stand out with balsamic and spicy nuances.
Tasting phase: The mouthfeel begins with an aromatic and elegant entrance, balanced acidity, sweetness and bitterness.

Pairing: Excellent with appetizers, Iberian cured meats, cheeses, fish, and some rice dishes. Ideal for classic and modern cocktails.
