Palate: The initial sweetness of cinnamon and anise blends perfectly with the bitter finish of absinthe, which is rounded out by the complexity of gin, creating a very aromatic and smooth mid-palate. Noteworthy is the harmony between the intensity of the bitterness and the sweetness, the most difficult thing to achieve in a vermouth.
