Vermouth Padró&Co. classic red

Mediterranean character. This Classic Red is a tribute to the traditional vermouth that was sold in wine cellars or that was drunk religiously on Sundays at noon. It evokes those herbaceous and medicinal aromas that we remember from when we entered those premises.

The wine is made with Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes from their own vineyards. After the first winter, the red vermouth herbal formula is added, resulting in a vermouth base that will rest and refine, in casks, for between nine and twelve months. These casks had contained sherry wines, were used in their time for transporting wine and adapted today to store vermouth.
