A young white wine that encapsulates 2,000 years of winemaking history in each bottle. These vineyards, originally planted by the Phoenicians in 700 BC in the mountains of Málaga and discovered by the Romans, are rooted in pure slate and face almost vertical slopes overlooking the Mediterranean.
This unique terroir, combined with a dry climate that stresses the vines, allows for a sustainable and artisanal viticulture that is increasingly rare in our country. The result is a wine with refreshing aromas of jasmine, honey, and tropical fruits, a true expression of the history of Málaga and the Muscat of Alexandria grape.
Tasting Notes: Intense fragrance with citrus notes of grapefruit and white flowers. Lychee, stone fruit, white flowers, and a hint of peach. Fresh and lively on the palate.
Pairing: Perfect with seafood, fresh salads, lightly spiced Asian dishes, and soft cheeses.
