Waltraud white wine

Waltraud is the perfect union of art and wine; not only is it named after the woman who inspired it, but her work is also featured on the label. Waltraud Maczassek, a German artist and wife of Miguel A. Torres, inspired the creation of this elegant wine in her honor, made with German varieties, especially Riesling, one of the most prized white grapes for its intense aromatic expression, grown in the Alt Penedès.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw color, bright and clean. Fresh nose, floral and fruity notes (lemon peel, mandarin), on a background reminiscent of gingerbread. Silky and fresh on the palate. Flavorful, long, and clean on the palate.

Pairing: perfect to accompany Oysters and seafood. Unbeatable with fish, rice dishes, pasta with seafood sauce, duck with sweet sauce, etc.
