La Musaranya is an organic white Grenache from Herència Altés, produced in Terra Alta with a philosophy closely tied to the landscape and nature.
Its name comes from the small shrew that inhabits the vineyards and forests of holm oaks and oaks. Restless, fast, and always in motion, it is the perfect symbol for this wine.
The grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. It then spends about five months on its fine lees, gaining volume and complexity.
In the glass, it is fresh, floral, and expressive, with notes of fruit, white flowers, and a wild, spicy touch. A white Grenache with character, perfect to enjoy chilled with fish, rice dishes, and a good appetizer.
Visual: Pale, brilliant straw yellow.
Nose: Very expressive nose. Ranges from white fruits and flowers, with the presence of yeasts and a wild and spicy finish.
Palate: Light entry but with an enveloping mouthfeel. Long aftertaste.
