Atlantic txacolí white wine

This wine is very expressive on the nose, with floral and white fruit aromas with a mineral background.

In the mouth it is fruity, unctuous and long. Made by Península Viticultores, a Spanish winery group, which produces wines sustainably and seeks the maximum expression of the terroir in all the wines it makes. It is a blend of 90% Hondarrabi Zerratia and 10% Hondarri Zuri, from Axpe-Goika, the highest altitude vineyard in Bizkaia on clay soil.

It ferments in stainless steel and part of the harvest in 300-liter French oak barrels to give it texture and breadth. Then it is raised for 5 months.
