Vid(a) Salvaje Macabeo 2024 is an organic white wine produced on a plot located at an altitude of 800 meters in the Aceniche Valley, in Bullas. Grown from old, dry-farmed, bush-trained vines, it is fermented at low temperatures to preserve its aromatic complexity. It is then aged for four months in new French oak barrels, which impart texture and a subtle touch of wood.
This wine features notes of citrus, white flowers, and spices, with a balanced profile. The Paraísos Perdidos winery, located in the Bullas DO, has 3.5 hectares of organic vineyards, cultivating them with minimal intervention and respect for the environment.
