Arcade 2024 Sparkling Natural Wine

We have found the perfect union, and best of all, it is born at home, in our Region of Murcia.
Arcade Clarete Ancestral 2024 is the result of an unconventional collaboration between two projects that view their product as a form of expression: Cervezas Yakka, a benchmark in the world of craft beer, and Bizarra Wines, a restless winery committed to natural, unadulterated wine.
This sparkling wine is made using the ancestral method, a traditional technique in which fermentation continues in the bottle, creating a natural, fine, and integrated bubble. The combination of Macabeo, Moscatel, and Forcallat provides a unique identity: floral notes, Mediterranean freshness, and a rebellious touch, just like those who created it.
It is not filtered, clarified, or intervened with more than necessary. A wine with no added sulfites.
It is a lively, honest, and local wine. Ideal for sharing, surprising others, or simply enjoying in those moments that don't need much explanation.
Because when something like this is made in Murcia—with passion, with respect for the product, and with a contemporary perspective—it does not go unnoticed.

Visual: Pale pink with copper highlights. Slightly cloudy due to its unfiltered production. Fine, steady bubbles.
Nose: Floral aromas (jasmine, orange blossom), fresh red fruit (strawberry, pomegranate), and a touch of citrus. Subtle bakery notes in the background.
Palate: Dry and fresh, with well-integrated bubbles. Balanced acidity, light texture, and a slightly bitter finish that provides length.
