Crafted by Celler Credo in the heart of Penedès, this wine is born from a clear philosophy: respect the land so that the land may speak. Organic and biodynamic viticulture, dry-farmed vineyards with low yields, manual harvesting... here there are no shortcuts, only intention.
In the glass, it appears vibrant and elegant, with an aromatic profile that plays between sweetness and subtlety: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and ripe plums, accompanied by a herbal whisper and a delicate floral background reminiscent of rose petals. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel allows all this character to express itself without disguise, clean, direct... Mediterranean.
On the palate, it is fresh, with a well-honed acidity that balances the fruit and prolongs the finish, leaving a light yet distinctive sensation. One of those wines that start as an aperitif... and end up being the star.
