Rosé Wine And the Winner is...

Crafted by Celler Credo in the heart of the Penedès, this wine is born from a clear philosophy: to respect the land so that the land may speak. Organic and biodynamic viticulture, dry-farmed and low-yield vineyards, hand-harvesting... here there are no shortcuts, only intention.
In the glass, it is vibrant and elegant, with an aromatic profile that plays between the luscious and the subtle: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and ripe plums, accompanied by a herbal whisper and a delicate floral background reminiscent of rose petals. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel allows all that character to express itself without disguise, clean, direct... Mediterranean.
On the palate, it is fresh, with a well-tuned acidity that balances the fruit and lengthens the sip, leaving a light sensation but one with personality. The kind of wine that starts as an aperitif... and ends up being the star.
