Mart rosé wine

The grape with which it is made, the local Xarel·lo Vermell, has been on the verge of extinction. Only, thanks to the efforts of wineries like Gramona, has it resurfaced in recent years lending its essence to fantastic rosés.

The Xarel·lo vermell is characterized by having a thicker skin than its white “sister”, which, in addition to allowing it to be harvested later, then, when making the wine, will give it that striking pale pink color. and characteristic.

The result creates this intensely aromatic, lively and delicate rosé, with a marked fruity and herbaceous character, an expression of the terroir from which it comes.

Enjoy it with seafood and all kinds of Japanese, Nikkei , Caribbean or South American cuisine .
