Bobos red wine

Old, low-production vines, more than 70 years old, located on the same land where the winery is located.

Red wine intense red color with violet reflections. Complex aromas, combining aromas of oak with ripe fruit and undergrowth on a balsamic toasted background. Full, fatty and with a majestic palate, combining the balance of elegant tannin with a good weight of fruit and a very noble finish with hints of light toasted wood and good acidity.

Ideal for grilled meats, roasts, red meat stews or cured cheeses.

Aging: minimum of 10 months in new 300-liter Allier French oak barrels

Grape type: 100% Bobal

Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Recommended consumption temperature: 16-18ºC.
