Dalmau red wine

The most expressive and contemporary wine from Marqués de Murrieta, a faithful reflection of the area from which it comes.

Dalmau emerged to break new ground in our historic winery and throughout these years it has established itself as a great wine with characteristic personality.

Pago Canajas defines Dalmau and gives it its extraordinary character, polished after passing through French oak barrels. Its limited production is determined by the low yields of this exceptional vineyard.

Pairing with blue duck supreme with boletus mousse and fine black truffle, blackberry sorbet and red wine; 85 fluid chocolate cake with crunchy pistachio and raspberry praline; truffled cheese cream on blueberry coulis.

Aging: Each variety ages separately for 20 months in Allier French oak barrels and after assembly it remains for 6 months in concrete tanks before bottling.

Grape type: 86% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Graciano

Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.

Recommended consumption temperature: 16ºC.
