El Molar red wine

Molar is 100% Garnacha with an unprecedented profile compared to other wines made with this same variety, since the southeast of Spain is not usually its most common area of ​​origin. Casa Castillo shows its mastery to present an extremely enjoyable red wine, with a sweet character, marked by ample freshness and fluidity.

Aging: 14 months in 5000 liter foudres and small 500 liter foudres.

Grape type: 100% Garnacha

Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.

Recommended consumption temperature: 16-18ºC.
