Red wine Human Cannonball

The Vinos de Madrid DO has gained popularity thanks to its old Garnacha wines and innovative projects. El Hombre Bala 2021, a single-varietal Garnacha from vines between 40 and 90 years old on granite soil, is fermented with indigenous yeasts and spent 14 months in French oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Pale ruby ​​color with reddish highlights. Nose: Fragrant, with notes of currants, raspberries, and cherries in liqueur, cloves, spices, wood, and toast. On the palate, its texture is silky and delicate, with a marked personality and a fresh, vibrant finish.

Ideal to accompany stewed red meats, hamburgers with foie gras and cured cheeses.
