Human Cannonball Red Wine

Hombre Bala is much more than a catchy name: it's a true statement of intent. A 100% Garnacha red wine that soars freely from the Gredos mountain range, where old vines between 40 and 90 years old cling to poor granite soils at altitudes that touch the sky. This extreme terrain, combined with respectful cultivation and minimal intervention in the winery, results in a pure, expressive Garnacha with a wild identity.
Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, respecting the grape's personality as much as possible. The wine then rests for 14 months in French oak barrels, just long enough to tame its character without obscuring its essence. Finally, it refines for another six months in the bottle, developing an elegance that belies its explosive name.
In the glass, Hombre Bala is all subtlety and tension: floral aromas, fresh red fruit, mineral notes, and a spicy background reminiscent of the mountains. On the palate, it's lively and fresh, with a rhythmic acidity and fine tannins that envelop without overwhelming.
