Dry organic vineyards of 15 to 30 years, located at about 600 – 700 meters of altitude,
We obtain a fruity wine, with the expressiveness and freshness of the Monastrell from our land.
Parajes del Valle follows a unique and particular style: organic and contemporary wines.
Designed exclusively to enjoy, they avoid artifice and masking, they are honest, refreshing, aromatic and very varietal.
