Parajes del Valle is one of the freshest and most contemporary interpretations of the Jumilla PDO. A project born with a clear vision: to demonstrate that Monastrell can be vibrant, aromatic, and easy to enjoy without losing its Mediterranean identity.
This wine comes from dry-farmed organic vineyards, between 15 and 30 years old, located at an altitude of 600–700 meters. The combination of altitude, poor soils, and extreme climate allows for concentrated yet balanced grapes with greater natural freshness and varietal expression.
The winery operates under an organic and low-intervention philosophy, committed to honest wines without makeup or artifice. Their style is clear: clean, contemporary winemaking that is highly focused on the purity of the fruit. Here, the star is the Monastrell and the landscape of Jumilla.
