Red wine First Kiss

The grapes used to make El primer beso come from the freshest and most vigorous areas of Valdemonjas, harvested at an early age and in the early morning to maintain turgidity and freshness.

From the musts of bright and cheerful colors, after fleeting yet intense fermentations, a bold, sensual red wine is obtained, full of aromas and sensations like that first kiss.

Tasting notes: Very high layer with an intense bright garnet colour, purple and indigo edges. The nose is full of fruit, a large amount of integrated black fruit, polished and elegant. Elegance and power difficult to achieve in such a young wine. Palate: Tannicity and astringency go hand in hand in an unprecedented way. Intense palate, with hints of black fruit, with astringency and flavour, power and length, elegance and finesse.

Pairing: Duck magret, grilled blue fish and grilled red meats
