Vid(A) Salvaje Garnacha Red Wine 2024

From the "El Pradillo" site, in the heart of the Aceniche Valley, comes this 100% Garnacha red that defies expectations. Grown in old, head-trained, dry-farmed vines at an altitude of 850m, this wine reflects the essence of the Mediterranean landscape: authentic, fresh, and full of character. Fermentation, with 15% whole clusters, occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, showing maximum respect for the variety. Afterward, the wine is transferred to new and used French oak barrels of various sizes, where it rests for 2 months.
Winemaker and co-founder Alba Ortuño, along with her team, is committed to viticulture that respects the environment and minimal-intervention winemaking, seeking to reflect the authenticity of the terroir.
The result is a wine that, without warning, reminds you of what is important: the land, the origin, and liquid honesty, unpolished and without pretense.

Nose: Primary notes of fresh red fruit such as pomegranate or strawberry emerge, with lactic aromas like strawberry yogurt predominating.
