Red Wine Vid(A) Salvaje Garnacha 2024

From the "El Pradillo" vineyard, in the heart of the Aceniche Valley, comes this 100% Garnacha red wine that defies expectations. Grown on old bush-ripened, dry-farmed vines at an altitude of 850 m, this wine reflects the essence of the Mediterranean landscape: authentic, fresh, and full of character. Fermentation, with 15% whole bunches, takes place spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, respecting the variety as much as possible. The wine is then transferred to new and used French oak barrels of varying volumes, where it rests for two months.
Winemaker and co-founder Alba Ortuño, along with her team, is committed to environmentally friendly viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking, seeking to reflect the authenticity of the terroir.
The result is a wine that, without warning, reminds you of what's important: the land, the origin, and liquid honesty, without polish or posturing.

Visual: Clean and bright wine, ruby ​​red in color with violet reflections.
Nose: Primary notes of fresh red fruit such as pomegranate or strawberry appear, lactic aromas such as strawberry yogurt predominate.
Palate: The intensity of the fruit, combined with the floral and sweet spicy notes derived from its light aging in the barrel, make for a long, balanced, aromatic, and persistent wine.
